Protective labels are used to permanently protect products from being opened. If an attempt is made to peel off a seal applied, for example, to the connection of packaging for medicines, cosmetics, software or electronic devices, a peel-off mark is left on the packaging and the label cannot be re-applied. Protective labels can be colour-printed or unprinted for personalisation in thermal transfer printers.
