With the right choice of material, high moisture resistance, heat resistance or resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage can be achieved. If the requirements for the labels are very strict, it is possible to test the material in a climate and ageing chamber.

When selecting film labels, special attention should be paid to the environmental aspect. There are a number of solutions available to further recycle the labelled packaging or to recover the clean packaging for further processing.
