Novacode is not a typical label printing company. Under one roof, we combine the production of both colorful decorative labels and highly advanced specialist labels. This is not an easy task and requires our focus and continuous improvement. Nonetheless, the experience we have gained since 2004 working with various industries enables us to develop skills and create a highly advanced production system that allows us to undertake challenging, sophisticated and demanding projects.
„Our production is equipped with fully compatible MarkAndy P5 flexographic printing machines with the 100% print inspection system EyeC. This provides us with immense comfort as we can maintain continuity and ensure the safety of deliveries to our customers. We also have the capability for HP Indigo digital printing. This solution allows our customers to order small quantities without incurring additional costs for printing plates. We have our own professional laboratory for testing materials and labels on adhesive surfaces. We also have a color lab to guarantee color repeatability.

„The company operates a professionally equipped laboratory for testing raw materials and finished products. When creating the laboratory, we modelled it on the solutions used by the largest manufacturers of self-adhesive materials. Using special equipment, we are able to carry out abrasion, adhesive force and material strength tests. A climate chamber equipped with a special UV lamps makes it possible to simulate the ageing process of labels and verify their resistance to temperature and humidity. The optical countourer measures contour, profile, flatness, wear level roughness or compares 3D scans with CAD files instantly and extremely precisely.”
Working with various industries, we have to continuously improve our processes to meet even the most advanced quality requirements. The quality of our products is controlled and monitored at every stage of production. We have a traceability system to track the use of tools, the flow of materials, semi-finished products and ready products. Production operates on the basis of EyeC system control, which allows us to continuously monitor and compare production in progress with a set pattern. We operate under the 9001:2015 Integrated Quality Management System. Caring for the environment, we have implemented a system to control the supply chain in the wood and paper industry. We have obtained FSC certification.
As a professional label printing house, we are not only concerned about the quality of the products we deliver, but also about our ability to secure the supply chain of our customers. We are well aware that packaging materials and self-adhesive labels are an essential part of product logistics. W naszej drukarni wykorzystujemy najbardziej nowoczesne technologie do produkcji etykiet samoprzylepnych. Mamy zarówno wiedzę, jak i możliwości technologiczne do wykonania dowolnego rodzaju zdobień.
Etykiety kolorowe są drukowane na w pełni kompatybilnych nowych maszynach Mark Andy. Istnieje możliwość zadruku do 10 kolorów w jednym cyklu produkcyjnym. Maszyny są wyposażone w system 100% kontroli jakości EyeC, specjalistyczne moduły do produkcji etykiet peel-off, stacje do laminowania, nakładania cold-stampingu i rozwarstwiania surowca do zadruku od strony kleju.
Rozwiązania dostępne dla maszyny HP Indigo 6900 znacznie poszerzyły naszą ofertę. Druk cyfrowy umożliwił produkcję krótkich serii etykiet bez dodatkowych kosztów polimerów. Niezwykłą zaletą etykiet cyfrowych jest to, że każda etykieta może być inna, niepowtarzalna. Różnić się może tylko jeden element, tło lub cała grafika – wszystko zależy od wizji osoby, projektującej opakowania.
Etykiety kosmetyczne i etykiety do farmacji często wymagają zastosowania metody sitodruku. Chodzi nie tylko o efekty wizualne i piękne wyeksponowanie kolorów na przeźroczystym lub ciemnym tle. Sitodruk również poprawia czytelność tekstu, a zastosowanie specjalnego lakieru pozwala na zadruk wypukłych oznaczeń ostrzegawczych.
Etykiety laminowane i lakierowane są najczęściej wybieraną formą zabezpieczania zadruku. Warto jednak pamiętać o niezwykłych efektach, które można uzyskać przy pomocy łączenia różnego rodzaju laminatów z lakierami strukturalnymi. Dodając do tego embossing (tłoczenie), cold stamping lub kolorowy hot-stamping jesteśmy w stanie uzyskać bardzo ciekawy efekt dekoracyjny. Mamy możliwości produkcyjne, wiedzę i doświadczenie w takich realizacjach i potrafimy wyprodukować ozdobną i gustowną etykietę.
